Planetary Info

Togura was the site of Stellar Trek for many years. However, due to the lack of appropriate natural resources, most of the ores and metals needed by the facility were imported from other systems. In addition to the shipbuilding industry, tourism is the other major pillar of Togura's economy. Many people visit the world every year to see the equatorial ocean that surrounds the entire world.[1]

The DCMS attempted to redeploy the New Samarkand Militia along with the Toguran Military Garrison to the recently liberated worlds of Deneb Algedi and Telos IV in March 3077. However, the allied coalition rerouted these forces to garrison to newly-freed worlds on the Free Worlds League front, and assigned militia forces from the Federated Suns in their place. This was an act that drew protests from Gunji-no-Kanrei Kiyomori Minamoto to General Belle Lee of the allied coalition.[3]
