Lisa Steiner II was one of the three children of General of the Armies Nondi Steiner and her businessman husband Jack Milby.

History

By 3050, Lisa would rise to command the Department of the Quartermaster.

By 3067 Steiner had stepped down from her post with the Quartermaster corps. Following the death of her mother the same year, Lisa inherited her title as Duchess of Gallery.[3][6]
