Plot Summary[edit]

The story describes the fighting over the Port Howard HPG during the Battle of Towne in August 3133. A force of Landgrave Jasek Kelswa-Steiner's Stormhammers, under the command of Kommandant Tamara Duke attempts to seize Towne's working HPG in the city of Port Howard on 28 August 3133, which is defended by Republic of the Sphere forces including a lance of the Twenty-first Centauri Lancers under the command of Captain Chak Rasbid. The Stormhammers manage to seize the HPG for a time, and broadcast a call to arms from Jasek Kelswa-Steiner to all Lyran Commonwealth sympathizers within the local populace, but retreat shortly afterwards due to dissention between Kommandant Duke and her troops.
