No Return was seized by Capellan March troops on the 3rd of October 3068 as a part of Operation SOVEREIGN JUSTICE, the campaign being waged against the Capellan Confederation by Duke George Hasek. Even as No Return was seized the Capellan March was rushing to try and resupply the March forces poised to strike at Sian.[12]
