Clan Goliath Scorpion maintained a large navy for a ground-focused and honor-bound force. Most Clan Warships perform mercantile and support fleet functions day-to-day. They were historically assigned transport and protection duty for an assigned Galaxy, subject to the same regimented policies as their fellow warrior subcastes.[1] Goliath Scorpion warriors are often stifled under the micromanagement of Galaxy Commanders and often do not perform to their full potential. These lesser-ranked officers are shown to lack initiative, though the Goliath Scoprion acceptance of freeborn warriors, necrosia, and the encouragement of Seekers are often pointed to by outsiders to explain their lack of effectiveness.[2]

The Clan's subsequent interstellar nations of the Escorpión Imperio and Scorpion Empire maintained a much smaller fleet. It is unknown if, how, or where the vessels are serviced, as they have no Orbital Yards or aerospace facilities large enough to service their WarShips.[3] Such expansion was a top priority,[3] though unfinished as of the ilClan era.
