History[edit]
Born Geoffrey Heuaventas, he discussed with his father and joined ComStar. At some point he changed his name to Geoffrey Zucker and stopped contacting his father after the split. Unbeknownst to his father, he joined the Word of Blake.[4] He was along the Blakist forces that invaded Terra in 3059.[5]
As Zucker, he appeared on the news feeds on Epsilon Eridani.[4]
Zucker was assigned to assist in the Third Transfer on New Avalon, as part of the Blakist fleet and in landing forces to ceremonially parade the Second Star League colors. When news of the sudden disbandment of the Second Star League reached him, he erupted in anger towards the Steiner-Davions; though he was not in agreement with attacking Federated Suns citizens, instead of the politicians behind the decision, he followed Alexander Kernoff's orders.[6]
Siege of New Avalon[edit]
First Battle for New Avalon[edit]

During the first weeks of combat on New Avalon, Geoffrey Zucker witnessed the bombardment of the NAIS and the decimation of the New Avalon Cavaliers[7] and 2nd NAIS Cadet Cadre. His unit, the 31st Division mopped up the survivors, followed by several weeks of hot-drops on targets, dodging friendly bombardments and Davion forces, all in Level III-sized unit structures. These events left him fatigued, until finally the Word retreated to orbit because of combat losses.[8]
Second Battle for New Avalon[edit]
Geoffrey Zucker fought the full Second Battle for New Avalon, chaffing under the inept leadership of Precentor Adler Geist, who treated the 31st Division no better than mercenaries.[9]
In 3070, he described how the Word's forces were eating, thanks to the food they seized from New Avalon itself[10] and the military supplies they took from Davion forces[11][12]. He complained about assignments to the prison ships and ranted about the habits of some Blakist operatives that posed as traitors to the cause (to see if they were challenged or denounced), opining about the loss of morale as a result. At this time, it was reported the Word forces received a WarShip, the Eagle-class Mordred, still with FWL markings.[10]
Third Battle for New Avalon[edit]

In November 3071, Geoffrey would lead Blakist forces in an assault on Avalon City.[3]
He was there when the 5th FedCom RCT nuked the Red Angel, but also there when the 44th Shadow Division and Bronson's Horde showed up, a last effort by The Master to take New Avalon. He liked though feared Avitue and despised the way the commander of Bronson's Horde and Precentor Adler Geist behaved around her, while liking how his commander, Precentor Terry McQuinn did. On 10 December 3072 he was preparing for the assault in his new 'Mech, one he had only used in simulators. He liked the plan, and it reminded of the first one drafted on 3067 to take New Avalon.[13]
BattleMechs[edit]
During the New Avalon campaign Geoffrey would pilot a LGC-03 Legacy.[3]
