The impressive Capellan fleets are what gave Franco Liao the power to build the Capellan Confederation, and successive Chancellors have done what they could to keep that tradition alive.[1] By 2765, the year before the Amaris Civil War, there were 37 WarShips in the Capellan Navy, which were 5 Du Shi Wang battleships, 1 vintage Black Lion battlecruiser, 16 heavy cruisers (10 Soyal and 6 Aegis), 9 destroyers (3 Baron, 2 Carson, 2 Lola I, and 2 Essex I), and 6 corvettes (3 Vincent & 3 Vigilant).[2]
