Planetary Description

Hot Springs was a best known as the Inner Sphere's notable resort and tourist destination prior to the Clan Invasion. The world was noted for its mineral water. The world is noted for having sizable portion of its people of Black American and Afrian descent from later half of the 28th Century.

Planetary History

Clan Invasion of 3050

During the Third Wave of the Clan's Operation Revival, Hot Springs was targeted by Clan Jade Falcon for political reasons. Members of the Von Jankmon Bloodname wanted world taken because their founder was born on this world. In June 3050, the Turkina Keshik & the 1st Falcon Strikers struck the planet. Hot Spring's militia, the Hot Springs TMM were green troops facing elite elements of Clan Jade Falcon. The Falcon force's were opposed by the Militia's company of Aerospace Fighters. In the course of the battle, only single Falcon aerospace fighter was lost. While the entire Militia's fighter force was wiped out to Clan pilots, which included Von Jankmon Bloodname pilots.

On the ground, Turkina Keshik bulldozed through the Militia's conventional fighters and VTOLs attempting to defend the planet's spaceport. Hot Springs TMM was forced back to Hot Spring's capital where they were prepared fight make their stand. However, Falcon forces were reluctant to damage the city. To limit damage, Elemental Battle Armor worker their way through streets of the capital, destroying the Militia's static defences. This caused Militia's forces be routed from the places from the city and attempt retreat to wilds of Hot Springs. However, course of the retreat 1st Falcon Jaegers intercepted the Militia's 'Mech and infantry forces before they could escape. The Jaegers wiped them out.
