Planetary Info

Settled in the 23rd century by explorers from the Marik Commonwealth to access radium and cesium, Angell II has three continents, Gabriel, Michael and Peter[2], its a world with a stark social structure. The water supplies on Angell II are tainted with a chemical called citrium, which is poisonous in large doses. As a result the population has always been reliant on technology, iceships, and fresh water shipments. This is reflected in the society: Those who own water purification technology are on top, while those who are dependent on it are at the bottom. The Succession Wars opened the gap even more as technology was destroyed. This gap was illustrated in 3019 when House Steiner launched a raid and the lower classes fought with the invaders against the planetary government.[1]
