Overview

Though the former capital of the Draconis Combine now resembles a "ghost world" it still boasts the Internal Security College, the Sun Zhang MechWarrior Academy, and four major factory complexes.[citation needed]

During the Jihad, Kiyomori Minamoto temporarily relocated the capital to New Samarkand while Luthien was under siege.[1]
