Owner History

Planetary Information

Alphecca has few mineral resources and so was settled as an agricultural world. With little industry to attract raiding forces, Alphecca was spared most of the devastation of the Succession Wars, FedCom Civil War, and the Jihad. The people of Alphecca were content, just surviving at a basic subsistence level without striving to change anything about their world.[1]

When the planet became part of Prefecture IX of the Republic, a large number of relocated citizens arrived. This was the single most exciting event to occur on Alphecca in forty years. Strangely, the new arrivals quickly adopted the lackadaisical attitude of the long-term residents.[1]
