Planetary History
Dayr Khuna was one of three Duchy of Oriente worlds to be raided between the 13th and 20th of March 3079 by Word of Blake forces;[9] the Blakist raiding party was led by a pair of WarShips, the Vincent Mk. 39-class WoBS Blade of Divinity, one of a number of vessels recovered from the Ruins of Gabriel prior to the Jihad, and the Hippolyta, an Agamemnon-class heavy cruiser suborned from the Free Worlds League navy.[10]
Dayr Khuna was struck again in 3080 or 3081, this time by forces from the Regulan Hussars; the Regulan forces fired tactical nukes during the fighting on the planet, acting in the belief that Dayr Khuna was harbouring Blakists.[11]
