This book highlights experimental variant designs created by criminals in the Early Republic Era which includes; then experimental BattleMechs, IndustrialMech, combat vehicles, exoskeleton, battle armor, and a small craft that were in possession of individuals or groups who were wanted by various governments of Inner Sphere for criminal acts .
