Overview
Founded in 2808 in the Tikonov Commonality[1]. Considered to be a foreign company under League law, Kallon Industries has always had to fight an uphill battle to compete against the larger, local manufacturers. In order to improve their market potential, Kallon Industries has gone on a development blitz, upgrading their existing designs and reopening their maligned Exterminator line to produce a new variant for the ComGuards. Yet to have begun production, Kallon Industries has most recently developed what appears to be a deadly new version of their venerable Wolverine design. Having made only limited changes from the previous design, the new WVR-9M should be in full production within the next 6-8 months.
The premier Kallon facility in Federated Suns space, the Talon plant was located on a small rocky but mineral rich world in the same system as the agriculturally important planet of Wernke, churning out high-quality 'Mechs at a record pace [2] prior to its destruction in 3069.[3]
During the Jihad, the company began to expand its profile of products to include AeroSpace Fighters. Where it DropShip productions in orbit of Loyalty managed to survives the attacks against the made against SelaSys WarShip facility nearby. The Kallon added Aerospace manufacturing plant on surface of the planet. By 3083, began production of its Poignard Light AeroSpace fighter, selling them to the newly formed Marik-Stewart Commonwealth. Two year later, adding a Poignard line to its production facilities on Asuncion for sales to the Republic of the Sphere.[4]
Leadership
The CEO as of 3067, was Justin Nakoma.[5]
