The Bismarck system was located near the Lengkong and Mankova systems. The system was Rimward and Anti-Spinward of Terra.[1][2][3]

While the planet was not directly involved in the fighting during Anton's Revolt (3014-3015), the population or leadership of Bismarck was sympathetic to Anton Marik's moves to take over the Free Worlds League.[28]
