Description

Mercenaries Supplemental Update continues the Field Manual series of books detailing mercenary units, bringing the remaining major mercenary commands into the opening years of the Jihad. Along with brand-new units, the title also provides the status of the Inner Sphere's various Hiring Halls, rules for running units during this specific period and some new battlefield units.

Classic BattleTech Mercenaries Supplemental Update details the fall-out of the opening years of the Jihad and how it relates to mercenaries. Providing updates on all major mercenary commands currently embroiled in the Jihad, as well as covering the various Hiring Halls, this product also details brand new mercenaries commands springing up from the shattered remains of commands destroyed in these opening Jihad years. Rules for running mercenary commands during this era are also included, along with a section detailing newly premiered battlefield units.

Notes

One notable difference in this book from the previous Supplemental and Field Manuals is that the unit briefs do not include a detailed breakdown on the sub-units of the forces presented. Instead, the written history of the unit may be longer.
