The Viribium system was home to at least one habitable world or construct and as of 2750 was located in the Andurien Commonality of the Capellan Confederation.[1]

System Description

The Viribium system is located near the Aquagea and Salardion systems.[1]

System History

The Viribium system was settled during the Star League era at some point after the end of the Reunification War.[2][1] Viribium was conquered by the Free Worlds League during the Second Succession War[3][4][5] and vanished from maps during the Third Succession War[6] indicating that the system had been abandoned or depopulated.

The star map in the apocryphal BattleTech (Video Game) game describes Viribium as an airless world that was once a key Capellan defense outpost. It goes on to state that after capturing it during the Second Succession War, the Free Worlds League abandoned the system after demolishing the military facilities with nuclear weapons. As of 3025, Viribium is considered to be uninhabited.[7]
