The Xieng Khouang system was the location of at least one habitable world or construct and as of 3151 was located in the Sian Commonality of the Capellan Confederation.[1]

The Xieng Khouang system was located near the Verlo and Manapire systems.[2][3]

System History[edit]

The Xieng Khouang system was settled at some point prior to the Age of War and was an independent world within the Capellan Zone prior to the formation of the Capellan Confederation in 2366.[4]

In September 3148, the planet became the site of the Xieng Khouang Massacre when rumors that ComStar was deliberately prolonging the Blackout led to the local HPG station's sacking by irate locals and the deaths of thirty-eight people at their hands.[5]
