The Yuris system is the location of at least one habitable world or construct and as of 2750 was located in the Sirdar Operational Area of the Capellan March within the Federated Suns.[1][2]

System Description[edit]

Yuris is located near the Mendham and Frazer systems.[1][2]

System History[edit]

The Yuris system was either colonized or annexed by the Capellan Confederation during the Star League era,[3] the system changed hand to the Federated Suns during the Dark Age.[1][2]

Yuris was the headquarters of the Star League Defense Force's Sixth Army as well as the XXXVIII Corps prior to the fall of the Star League. This concentration of SLDF attracted an extensive terrorist campaign that tried to drive them off Yuris with car bombings and sniper attacks.[29]
