The Jarett system is home to at least one inhabited world or construct, and as of 3151 is located in the Rasalhague Province of the Rasalhague Dominion.[1]

Planetary History[edit]

Second Succession War[edit]

In June 2825, the mysterious military unit, which had now been labeled the "Minnesota Tribe," attacked Jarett. The unit used Star League Defense Force tactics and handily beat back Combine counterattacks.[32]

Clan Invasion[edit]

The conquest of Jarett in May 3050 during Operation REVIVAL involved the first major conflict between Clan Ghost Bear and the Draconis Combine. SaKhan Theresa DelVillar won the honor of conquering Jarett and led the 310th Assault Trinary, Seventeenth Battle Trinary and Trinary Galaxy Command of the First Bear Guards to the planet, which was defended by Tai-sa Sonia Zev and the Ninth Alshain Regulars. Tai-sa Zev responded to saKhan DelVillar's batchall but, not knowing what the strange woman was expecting of her and aware that the Ninth's troops were not battle-tested, she refused to reveal their location. Unfortunately, the Ghost Bear's local ComStar allies informed the saKhan that the Regulars' three battalions were spread-out over the planet's northern continent. SaKhan DelVillar personally led her troops as they made an orbital drop in standard combat formation and confronted the DCMS forces in the lush Solun Jungle. The battle began with the saKhan challenging an enemy Commando to single combat as per the rules of zellbrigen. Her Elemental Point made quick work of the 'Mech, however when the warrior refused to give up fighting, even confronted by battle-armored soldiers, DelVillar decided to capture and make him her bondsman. The battle would last for nearly ten days as the Alshain Regulars used tree cover and fighting withdrawals to hold off the Ghost Bears as long as possible to delay their inevitable defeat. Inspired by their commander's actions though, many warriors chose to capture rather than kill their opponents, accounting for the regiment's impressively high "survival" rate. A few companies managed to escape off-world, and in the process the Ghost Bears learned much of Inner Sphere guerrilla tactics.[33][34]
