The Enkra system was the location of at least one habitable world or construct and as at 2750 was located in the Sian Commonality of the Capellan Confederation.[1]

System Description

The Enkra system was located near the Umgard and Zangul systems.[1]

System History

The Enkra system was colonized by the Confederation during the Star League era at some point after the end of the Reunification War.[1][2] After the Confederation gradually abandoned its poorly developed periphery holdings in the region, a new periphery nation–the Aurigan Coalition–formed in 2910 from a pre-existing (if tenuous) trade network.[3] Enkra last appeared on a 3022 map that showed it to be part of the Aurigan Coalition,[4] a weak political entity itself teetering on the brink of collapse at the time;[5] the Enkra system vanished from maps afterwards,[6][7] indicating that the system had been abandoned or depopulated.

Planetary History

Enkra used to be a mining world, exporting its ores mainly to nearby Brinton. However, over-exploitation and the Succession Wars ended mining as a viable industry. The world reinvented itself as an agricultural world outside the badly-polluted industrial zones.[35][36]
