The Second An Ting Legion relied on night-fighting tactics to carry the bulk of the resistance while the Smoke Jaguars tried to engage the bulk of the Combine forces. Two weeks later, the Cavaliers were able to corner the Forty-second Dieron Regulars against a mountain range and proceeded to destroy two battalions of the Regulars before the An Ting Legion was able to attempt a rescue.
