Justin Allard - Early 31st Century House Davion warrior & spy. He was the oldest son of the Federated Suns Intelligence Chief Quintus Allard. He was result of his father whom briefly married Liao noblewoman while as ambassador on Sian. He has younger half bother Dan Allard & half-sister Riva Allard from his father second marriage..

He had a short but meteoric career with Federated Suns Armed Forces and later became one of the Fed Sun's most famous spies.

Physically, Justin is a short slender man, with raven black hair. He inherited his Asian eyes & yellowish skin from his mother.[1]

He is a graduate of Sakhara Academy[2] and he is proficient in the martial art of T'ai Chi.


Character History

He was born & raised on the House Liao world of Sian. This was during his father's time as Ambassador to House Liao. He lived with his father & mother until he was five years old. During this time he learned speak fluent English and Capellan without accent.[3] His middle was named is his mother's last name, Xiang.

Military Service with House Davion

After graduating from Sakhara Academy, he was assigned to the 5th Davion Guards RCT.[4] The Fifth had in been in the process of being transferred to the world of Spica.

Justin's unit was on station on Spica in 3017[5] and where he was assigned to Colonel Dobson's Battalion. Spica soon invaded by House Liao forces, which managed to cut the command force from the rest of the regiment. Lt. Justin and the rest of his battalion conducted a reckless & desperate rescue of General Sheridan Courtney's Command Unit from invading Capellan troops.[6] In the course of the battle, Justin unknowingly facing off with invasion's leader, Candace Liao. The two had a running jungle battle that pitted his Blackjack against her Vindicator. The fight ended with Candice's BattleMech being gravely damaged, forced her to eject. For his actions, he was rewarded by Hanse Davion with the FedSun's Diamond Sunburst and given the rank of Captain.

He was later in his career was assigned to Kittery. Where he was to help smooth relations with local population. In 3026, Major Allard formally given took command of the newly formed 1st Kittery Training Battalion. The unit was part of the First Prince's experimental training program of taking raw recruits, without sending them time consuming academies. To assist him in task, he was assigned Lieutenant Andrew Redburn as his second in command. During the early part of his assignment, he dismissed Capellan March hero Sergeant Philip Capet. Also made contact with various underground Capellan influenced groups, such as Yizhi Tong (mafia) while try to improve relations with people of Kittery.

In November, during a training exercise, his unit was ambushed by a raiding Liao Battalion consisting of Cicada BattleMechs. In beginning of the battle Allard spots a heavy BattleMech, decids to draw the deadly 'Mech way from his cadets. His command consisted mainly Stinger 'Mechs, would have long odds against Cicades. Using his Valkyrie, he quickly intercepted the heavy 'Mech, which turned out to be a Rifleman. Using his considerable skills, he hold off and consistently damages the 65 ton machine. Which he successfuly keeps it away from his battalion for duration of the battle. However, the Rifleman pilot (whom unknown to Allard was Solaris Champion Gray Noton) was as good as he was. The Rifleman gains the upper hand and savages Allard's 'Mech in the end. He lost his left forearm when his 'Mech was finally downed. Redburn and cadet Robert Craon later discovered his down 'Mech. At the time, the medics decided to placed him into a artificially induced coma. A month later, he revived in a New Avalon hospital where he discovers that that his left forearm had been replaced with ugly black cybernetic arm. He then begins to feel depressed, with the assumption that he will never pilot a BattleMech again.

In January 3027, lawyers and security from the Capellan March utilized same the Command Circuit of Jumpships that Hanse Davion authorized to bring Lt. Andrew Redburn to New Avalon for his awards ceremony. These men were assigned to assist Justin's father, head of internal security matters.[7] Along with these personnel and troops, a message to Hanse Davion detailing Michael charging Justin Allard a traitor citing working with Liao insurgents. He threatens indirectly Hanse Davion with civil war if the trial does take place. A day later, while at in the medical center, Justin had been shown by his doctor how his bionic arm a prototype arm would allow him pilot a BattleMech again.[8] Count Anton Vitios intrudes on their discussion with the doctor when and places Justin under immediately arrested on the charge of treason.

At the trial, Count Vitios charges that Allard was illegally interacting with local Yizhi tong (Chinese gangsters). Stating he fully knew they were they consider underground Capellan organization. Breaking stating local laws for armed forces are strictly forbidden in contacting them. The Count continues in stating he had incriminating evidence that suggested that the raid on Kittery was arranged by in fact Allard and that his mech was accidently damaged not by the reported Rifleman, but a UrbanMech. Count Vitios points out that both 'Mechs share same class of autocannon and no one witnessed the Rifleman on the battlefield. Justin's defense attoney had protested throughout the trial, over not quite solid evidence which was presented against his client. Justin called the court mockery of justice and raged against the hatred that people had for him because of his ethical background of being half Capellan. The trial ultimately went unfavorable for him. Which result in him being stripped of all honors, titles, and even his surname "Allard". The First Prince then exiled now, Justin Xiang, from the Federated Suns.

Life on Solaris VII

In February, Justin travels to Solaris VII where he joins into a partnership with Fuh Teng of Teng Stables[9] Capellan MechWarrior on his last leg and 'Mech. He finds that Teng is unwilling to hire him due to Teng's last fight with Solaris champ Philip Capet, which had used up his resources. Fuh tells him he has no choice go along with fixed fights if he wants to survive. Justin pretends to understands and then knocks him out cold. He ties Teng up with help with Teng's own tech. When it came time for the fight, Justin takes Teng's cobbled together Vindicator into arena himself. Before the fight, he places a bet on the rigged match. He wages that on "Vindicator" to win by a long shot.[10] Justin pilots Teng's Vindicator to victory against Billy Wolfson's Hermes II at the Steiner Stadium. Billy taunts insults him just before the fight begins, still not knowing whom he was fighting. However, Billy taken by surprised fact Vindicator was not fighting according to plan. Justin's 'Mech soundly beating the Hermes II, causing Wolfson ejecting from the mech. Justin moves his Vindicator and cages him under his 'Mech hand actuator. He warns him, if ever calls him "Bastard" again, he would kill him. Before the fight, the victor had been invited to the party being held by mix of Lyran and Davion nobles. The nobles had been told that Wolfson was going to win. To the unpleasant surprise of the Federated Sun nobles, he did not. After Justin arrives at the party, he meets both Gray Noton & Kym Sorenson for first time. He quickly establishing acquiesces with both of them. A romantic envelopment develops between Kym & Justin, because of their mutual distaste for FedSuns.

As things progress, Justin works together with Fuh Teng and his tech Tung Yuan build their stable. Kym gives him money to purchase a battered Centurion BattleMech which later becomes known as the Yen-Lo-Wang.[11] He used modified Centurion in his March 20th battle against Philip Capet's best medium class warrior, Peter Armstrong in his Griffin and dies. Billy Wolfson vows revenge and later on faces Justin in a Rifleman, but also dies in defeat. Justin wins a string victories in name of House Capellan. Tsen Shang has made brief contact with him, giving tokens of gratitude for his victories for the Capellan people.[12]

However, Justin is nearly defeated by early battle damage and is forced use his cunning and his mech's titanium "nails" pierce's Rifleman's thin rear armor and kills Wolfson. After the battle, Justin is told by Gray that Kym is a Davion spy, that he spotted her going to a known drop point for information. Angered, they await for her to come out coffee shop and ambush her in alley. Gray & Justin confront her, Justin demands her tell him and Gray what was going on. She continues to avoid the question says Gray was lying. He hits her with bionic left arm when she continues to dodge question. Gray goes to shoot her, he stops him. He turns to Kym, calling her a Davion whore and tells her a pass message to her hatred masters. To tell Hanse Davion and others that they have driven him away and made him into their enemy.

By May, Justin's innocence is reported by Kym, but also her message from Justin was send with it. With word of Justin's bloody string of victories reaches Hanse Davion, this angers him. He sends high priority message to Philip, that he will reward him a regiment BattleMechs and a world if he kills Justin.[13]

A working relationship develops between Gray Noton & Justin, where both would as partners in Gray's Intelligence business. After Justin agrees to help, he later kills Gray. He had not forgotten what Gray had did to him on Kittery. Tsen Shang, tired waiting for Gray on business, seeks him out for the documents that Gray was poised to sell to him. Instead he find Gray, with his neck broken and the papers missing. He then breaks into Justin's apartment in middle of the night and demands him give them to him. Justin tells him that he destroyed the documents, because they would have harmed Confederation. He explains that he saw passenger list for a ship named the Silver Eagle. That he spotted cover names of his parents among the list of passengers. He knew they'd be a great prize for House Liao. However, he tells Shang that they won't travel together due to fear of orphaning their children, if the a K-F drive malfunction. He mentions that he had seen doubles who looked like his father and Hanse Davion while he was in hospital. It seem to him that this was a setup, ask Gray about it. Gray knew it was and wasn't worrying about Liao loses. After he failed to convince Gray to relent and not sell the bad information, tells Shang he broke his neck. Shang is grateful service of protecting House Liao from this potential disaster. Justin explains he did it simply because he wanted to gorge Hanse Davion's plans.[14]

After Noton's death was reported, Justin had just arrived at Valhalla with Solaris Game Commissioners. He arrives in time to stop Philip Capet from removing Noton's shield (the shield represents him in Valhalla) down in Gray's alcove. Citing that Philip and neither himself had earned the right to alcove unless the person had defeated Gray Noton in combat. He states to Philip that alcove must be fought for and not simply taken after someone dies. Justin calls Philip a coward, using his "Capellan Mafia"[15] to try to kill him for him. Also getting his own people killed, because Philip pushed them to not eject from their machines. Justin enrages him more by saying his own pride had gotten his men and family killed on Uravan. Stating Philip himself killed his own family. This enrages Philip and he finally agrees to a fight between both of them. On May 26th, Justin and Philip scheduled to duel in the Ishiyama arena. Prior to the fight, they both meet again on a talk show, where Philip reaffirms his death threat on Justin and promises there will be "surprises" waiting him. In Inhiyama, Justin surprises Capet by piloting Gray Noton's Rifleman Legend-Killer. As the fight commences between them, Philip leads Justin into ambush in a large cavern. There Capet has Firestarter & UrbanMech assistant him in witling his armor down. Justin initially is able destroy both 'Mechs, but the ambushes cause his machine some problems. Justin marches Legend-Killer down into narrow cave where Philip had expected him to go. As Philip began step out from his hiding place with Rifleman expecting take him by surprise by shooting Justin in the back. However, had marched his own mech backwards down the tunnel. He then flips his 'Mech arms over and Alpha Strikes on the Philip's machine, hitting his cockpit in initial strike. Philip is knockout cold by the head hit, Justin then finishes him off with autocannon shell through the cockpit.[16]

In Service of Capellan Confederation

Shortly after his victory over Philip, Justin meets with Tsen Shang in his limo where they shared a drink. The drink is drugged and he was quickly smuggled off the planet along with his Yen-Lo-Wang to Sian. There he was brought before Chancellor Maximilian Liao and where he is given certificate of citizenship for his deeds on Solaris.[17] The Chancellor informed Justin had been watching him since his trials on New Avalon, that he had ordered Shang to secretly support him while he was on Solaris. The Chancellor finding Justin too valuable to risk in the arena's of Solaris, he offers him position with Maskirovka as analyst.[18]

By October, he has become the lead analyst for the Maskirovka's Davion Section. At the time, he been working along side analyst Alexi Malenkov & now friend Tsen Shang. One day, the Chancellor immediately summons Justin and Shang to the Forbidden Palace for them to him answer for the newest development in the FedSuns. The news of the Wedding of Hanse Davion & Melissa Steiner had been passed to him via Michael Hasek-Davion. The Chancellor demanded to know why they had not known about it soon, specially Justin. Justin calmly explained that bureaucracy of the Mask slows down the process of confirming the reports. At this meeting, Justin has his first encounter with Heir-Apparent Candace Liao. Maskirovka Director Chandra Ling tells the Chancellor that Justin and Tsen had suggested the formation of a "Crisis Team", a special team analysts which would solve special problems and investigations. Immediately, the Chancellor orders Xiang and Tsen to form the elite team and base it within the palace itself at his beck and call. The meeting is interrupted by the arrival of a Davion envoy. Lord Victor Robertson had arrived with delivered a handwritten letter to the Chancellor, from Hanse Davion. Unable to read handwriting, the Chancellor ordered Justin to read the letter out loud to everyone in the throne room. With reluctance, he read Hanse Davion's invitation to Liao to attend wedding on Terra.

Justin becoming the Head of the Crisis Team for the Chancellor,[19] he and Shang receives word of a failed assassination attempt on Kittery from Alexi Malenkov. They quickly discovered that Romano Liao had secretly order the strike on passing suggestion from Shang. However, Captain Redburn and his officers turn the tables on the attempt and captured the local Maskirovka safe house in the process. While Mask loses valuable materials and secret data in process.[20] Justin, manages to come up with plan to recoup their loses and prevent Chancellor's bad reaction.

Late that night, unable to sleep Justin does Tai-Chi exercises in Palace's Garden. There encounters Candace Liao, after brief argument they make their peace between them. Soon discovering they had meet before on Spica fighting one another in its Jungles. Justin had been the cause of her injuries.[21] He encourages her to take up Tai-Chi to help her overcome her injuries. She orders him to teach her. She explains since he would not kiss up to her like others would and he would be best for the task. This also marks the beginning of their relationship together.

The Chancellor has a formal meeting with his family and his "Crisis Team" Maskirovka analysts regarding the upcoming Davion wedding. Romano comes up with idea for the wedding, with a plan to gather better information on their rivals. She suggests that Tsen Shang will accompany her to the Davion Wedding on Terra. Inspired by this, and to count her sister's rise of favoritism with her father, Candace offers additional suggestion. She suggests to have Justin accompany her so to keep the "Crisis Team" together. This would also would upset Hanse Davion by having Justin, man he exiled to show up to his own wedding.[22] The Chancellor is delighted by the suggestion and quickly agrees to it. Later, in Palace Garden, Justin asks Candace why she wanted him to accompany her. She responds besides upsetting her sister, she wanted him there. Not as a servant, or partner but as her consort.

On Terra in August 3028, they arrive at Comstar's main compound on Hilton's Head Island. During this time, Justin has encounter with his former half-brother Dan Allard, which he politely refuses to acknowledge as his kin.[23] Justin finds himself in uncomfortable situations: Romano Liao has one her thugee attempts to assassinates his own father and brother. Justin quickly confronts her, calling her idiot by attempting to have her cult kill Davion Intelligence Minister. By do so she risk House Liao being sundered by interdiction of HPG communication grid.[24] During actual wedding, he finds himself seated with Candace on groom side. Duchess tells Ardan Sortek, that she wish pay debt of graditute to Hanse for sparing her worlds from retaliation of assassination hit on Kittery.[25]

After the wedding ceremony itself, Justin and rest of the Liao delegation dines together at the reception. Each member of the delegation received dishes which had names of worlds on them. Justin's dishes included the worlds of Chara III & Kestrel, making him think someone was trying to needle him. Candace receives plates with worlds of Izar & Axton. Axton being world, which he suspects FedSun has a research base on it which he's been trying to confirm its existence.[26] Then he and rest of the House Liao party receive the shock of their lives as Hanse Davion and new bride Melissa Steiner-Davion cut the cake. Hanse Davion announce his gift to his wife, would be Capellan Confederation![27] Justin remains stone calm, raising his wine glass to salute Hanse Davion. Hanse a mists the chaos of panic in the wedding guests, spots Justin with his raised wine glass. He too raises his with same calm, salutes Justin. They both drink the wine, where Justin crushes the glass in bionic hand. He and rest of the dedication grab their dishes and scramble for their Dropship in Savannah, Georgia.

Fourth Succession War

The war takes its told on everyone, Justin sleeps but only five-six hour a day as reports continue pour in. All the while attempting to find Hanse Davion's secret laboratory to find key victory for House Liao. In December, Colonel Pavel Ridzik, lord of Tikonov Commonality, sends a desperate message for the Chancellor to release his regiments to his control and help him retake his capital world back. Chancellor upset by this since he doesn't like be told what to do and is suspicious of Ridzik motives. Justin and Tsen tell the Chancellor that the Colonel's plan has merit but it intelligence on enemy forces differs from information they've been given by Duke Michael Hasek-Davion.[28] Shang presents his plan for offensive operation using weakness shown in Duke's intelligence. Believing that if these six supply worlds are hit, the Davion war efforts would stall. Justin adds that one of the supply worlds is suspected research base he seeking.[29] Chancellor orders that military operation to be called Operation Riposte, and he orders Justin to arrange for the assassination of Colonel Ridzik as he believe to be planning treason against the state.[30]

During Operation Riposte only successfully attack of the operation was Justin's planned attack on Axton by the 4th Tau Ceti Rangers.[31] They grab secret data the included the location of the secret NAIS research base. Giving Justin the final piece of information he needed to locate the elusive research base.

On February 14th, 3029 Duke Michael Hasek-Davion arrives on world to escape prosecution of Hanse Davion. He comes before Chancellor Liao to presents his plans for jointed attack of his 5th Syrtis Fusiliers & Sung's Cuirassiers attack Tikonov's only Davion defenders, the 8th Crucis Lancers.[32] Liao turns to Michael accuses him of trying to lure his forces to be trap. Sighting he was undermining his forces strengths. When Michael tries to protest himself, Justin takes him down easily with his bionic arm. Maximilian Liao orders him to execute the Duke.[33]

In late February Justin travels onboard a ComStar DropShip with body of Michael & paperwork of his death to Spica. Through a Comstar negotiated exchange, Justin hands the body over to former Davion Ambassador to Sian, Robertson.[34]

With the data collected from Axton gives information, Justin trains with specially selected group of Maskirovka agents for mission retrieve the research material to build super strength BattleMechs.[35] Romano, during Justin last meeting with royal family urged that to disperse Command Circuit of Jumpships. Justin reminds family it absolutely necessary to have the circuit in place for his return trip. Also, he confronted by Chancellor why the McCarron's Armor Calvary sent word to him why he is on Palos. Justin calmly explains he had worked code with Colonel McCarron and the message tell him he is on Sarna.[36] By placing them on Sarna, they become nice trapped when Davion forces move to attack the planet. When asked why the code system, he explains he believe there is a possible traitor on Sian.

Later after the meeting, Justin and Candice finish up their evening Tai Chi exercises, when she asks him for favor. She tells him that she wants to send with him holovid message for Prince Davion for terms of surrender of St. Ives Commonality. She explains to him she want something of the Capellan Confederation to survive. She was motivated by string of defeats and in midst of news that Hanse Davion wishes to destroy the Confederation. Reluctantly, Justin agrees, future for the Confederation looks grim, for his love for her that he will leave her message at NAIS research Lab on Bethel.[37]

On April 14th, Justin's strike force of Maskirovka agents hit Bethel Lab while the 4th Tau Ceti Rangers distract Davion Light Horse's Delta Company on another side of the planet.[38] Justin and his team manage to penetrate, sedate researchers, and obtain experimental myomer fibers. As his team began to withdrew, Justin is attacked by one of Romero Liao's agents in his team.[39] He saved by the timely arrival of Alex Malenkov.

Wounded, Justin boards Yen-lo-wang when he discovers, his old student Andrew Redburn had just arrived to stop his escape. Justin, warns him stating he was outclassed by him. However, Redburn pushed the attack, closing in to bring his Centurion's autocannon to bear. Justin takes him by surprise, when he fires his Pontiac Autocannon and cripples Redburn's 'Mech. He then tells him as he heads to his waiting dropship, to never seek him out again.[40]

On his return, he formally rewarded for his successful mission and given the Baton of Illustrious Service, was scheduled to be induced into the Shonso of Teng May 22nd, 3029.[41] Later in the night, the both of them are summoned by the Chancellor. They are told that Davion's fifth wave of the invasion has struck.[42]

In early August, Justin is summoned to Chancellor's throne room. He arrives with Alexi Malenkov, notices that the Death Commando's are not duty stations. They confused by why the Commandos have been replaced by Warrior House Imarra troops. He surprised by being told Tsen Shang has conceived of a strike that would be costly for House Davion He told that the Death Commandos and the 4th Tau Ceti Rangers have been dispatched on strike again Davion's JumpShip Yard's power plant on Kathil.[43] Justin heartily praises Shang for his plan as being flawless means bring fall of Hanse Davion's war.

Justin has Alexi come to his office after the meeting, he hand an verigraph envelop for his father. He has paid ComStar significant amount of money have it sent to his father as bit of revenge for against him and Hanse Davion. He tells Alexi whom recently is homeless with loss of his world of Tikonov, it will be shared revenge. Taunting father with knowing their down fall is coming. Alexi agree to bring Justin's letter to ComStar HPG compound.[44]

Justin and Candice had decided as part of thanking Alexi, they take him to exclusive Chinese restaurant named the Szechuan Inn.[45] As they finished their dinner, Tsen Shang arrive, and announced that he informed by ComStar of a breach of Interdiction protocol against Federated Suns. That their invasion forces for Kathil has been turned back with only the 4th Tau Ceti Rangers returning. Justin had assumed since he had sent message to his father, that he was to be arrested. However, Shang turns to Alexi Malenkov orders shoot to kill Malenkov for treason on the spot.[46] Justin prevails Shang from executing Alexi on the spot. He cites, that by law because since he is Mandrinn he cannot be executed without a trial. He also points out if Alexi is in fact a Davion spy, that we could use his information against Davion's advances into their territories. He goes on further to point out that Romano's increasing disruption in his orders to others, such as Shang keeping Imarri Warrior House's enhanced forces on Sian instead of fighting Davion invasion.

Justin manages to convince Romano, whom seems to be guiding the Chancellor his leadership.[47] By using Alexi and soon to arrived "captured" Morgan Hasek-Davion, they would be able to use them to disrupt both Hanse Davion's war front and potential new war front with House Marik since Romano's recent assassination of ex-Liao Colonel Pavel Ridzik. Since he & his Tikonov Free Republic had been distracting the Mariks from attacking Liao.[48]

On August 24th, the DropShips of the 4th Tau Ceti Rangers arrive, to crowded Sian Palace's DropPort, Justin attends with rest of royal family, and large crowd for victory welcome to the Rangers. However, suddenly DropShips fire their LRMs and spread a mist around the space port & Davion troops belong to the 1st Kathil Uhlans pop out of the ships and attack. In the chaos of the attack, Candice disappears, he goes out try find her.[49] Justin abandons trying find her, and heads to the Palace's Hanger bays to retrieve Alexi. He tricks his way into the prison area, forced to use his laser rifle that planted his bionic arm to free Alexi.[50] Alexi at first does believe him that come to free him, but convinces him showing his angry reminder he owes him for the rescue on Bethel.[51] While entering the hanger, Justin runs into a vengeful Andrew Redburn in his Marauder BattleMech. He announces to him, he done for, asks if he has any last words.

Justin turns to him and says -

“ Sic Semper Tyrannis (Thus ever to tyrants) ”

Giving Redburn the counter sign, twice, to great relief to his old friend.[52] Redburn happily takes the Alexi Mallory into his 'Mech and gives canvas satchel with Davion ID module for his BattleMech. With that, he tells Redburn he coming out with his 'Mech Yen-lo-Wang.

Justin reloads his laser and lazes the bronze doors killing them on other side. They past Tsen Shang down to the hanger and get into Yen-lo-wang together and board the waiting DropShip.

She travels to New Avalon and reunited with her assumed dead brother Tormana Liao.[54] Later in November, he and others of heroes of the war. Prince Hanse Davion, brought him to the stage and went over the events lead to one of the Federated Suns's daring espionage where Justin Allard sacrificed all he was for his nation. For risking all, and rescuing fellow deep cover agent Alexi Mallory, he rewarded the Medal Excalibur and inducted into Order of Davion. Also the Prince returns his name and titles back to him, he was grateful that Justin made it back.[55]

Post-Fourth Succession War

Shortly, later he marries Duchess Candice Liao and starts family with her.

After the War of 3039, Justin Allard became the Intelligence Secretary of the Federated Commonwealth[56] Working with his wife Candice and her brother Tormano, they secretly move forth to undermine the dictatorship of within the House Liaos. However, they had disagreements on how this should be conducted.[57]

Justin Allard was the father of four children with Candice Liao: Kai Allard-Liao, Cassandra Allard-Liao, Kuan-Yin Allard-Liao, and Quintus Allard-Liao.

Justin was noted for being excellent Mechwarrior and modifying his Solaris modified Centurion known as the Yen-Lo-Wang. Before piloting the Yen-Lo-Wang, he was a noted Valkyrie pilot. He briefly piloted Noton Gray's Rifleman Legend-Killer in match that crowned him as Solaris Grand Champion of 3027.

After his encounter with Norton's Rifleman on Kittery, he briefly had fear of that class of BattleMech until over coming it on Solaris VII.

During the reception of Hanse Davion/Melissa Steiner-Davion's wedding, Justin made comment to Chancellor Maximilian Liao that having Hanse Davion have multiple children will be in their interest. Since this would cause political strife and civil war that they could take advantage of someday.[59] Wither by coincidence or by design these comments indeed become true in form of FedCom Civil War and Capellan's regaining St. Ives Compact in Capellan-St. Ives War.
