The Weekapaug system was home to at least one habitable world or construct and as of 3145 was located in the St. Ives Commonality of the Capellan Confederation.[1][2]

System Description[edit]

The Weekapaug system is located near the Laong and St. Ives systems.[3]

System History[edit]

The Weekapaug system was settled during or shortly after the First Exodus from Terra and was a member of the St. Ives Mercantile League prior to the formation of the Capellan Confederation in the mid-twenty-fourth century.[4]

Third Succession War[edit]

In mid-January 3007, two regiments of Wolf's Dragoons, the Alpha Regiment and Beta Regiment, were transferred to Weekapaug. They were to serve as a reserve for Federated Suns military operations against House Liao's St. Ives Commonality. Colonel Jaime Wolf accompanied them to oversee that their accommodations were adequate before returning to the Dragoons' base on New Valencia. However, their stay here was cut short when McCarron's Armored Cavalry attacked New Valencia and the Dragoons' Headquarters at Ft. Jaime. Both units returned to New Valencia to relieve their besieged comrades.[18]

Before the end of the year however, Beta Regiment had returned to Weekapaug. In November 3007, the St. Ives Armored Cavalry attacked Weekapaug. Beta Regiment's control of a key highway junction against several determined assault's helped to defeat the Capellan invaders.[40]
