Planetary Info

Errai was settled with the intent of becoming a major industrial world, and it succeeded. Fusion reactors, IndustrialMechs, heavy industrial equipment, and electronics firms flooded the world with workers. For most of it's history Errai was controlled by the Federated Suns but it was briefly held by the Draconis Combine before becoming part of the Republic of the Sphere.[1]

Prior to the Combine occupation, organized crime had taken over many of the world's labor unions, casinos, and nightclubs. After the Combine took control of the world however, all this corruption stopped. The effect on the service industries was dramatic, with most of the casinos and nightclubs closing down completely.[1] The presence of the Combine-friendly government also led to the Maltex Corporation opening a manufacturing center on the world.[1]
